What is orderbase TimeManagement?

orderbase TimeManagement is an extension for personnel time and operational data recording. You can set fixed and flexible working models, have shift and bonus management and can request flexible and static evaluations on an ad hoc basis. All recorded data can be used for payroll accounting or passed on to the production module. The AddOn TimeManagement is fully integrated into Microsoft Dynamics. 

A few details about personnel time recording: It is a simple and intuitive recording of working times using a terminal; for each employee there is an associated working time calendar with a working model stored, which is included in the calculation of the times. The target working hours and the actual working hours plus the balance can be seen at a glance. PZE is also possible for more complex areas of application, just contact our team! 

And also a few details about operational data collection: This finally makes it possible to capture data without paperwork, which includes a comprehensive analysis of all operational data. This includes employees present and projects in progress, the amount of parts completed and the generation of reports.
