The orderbase MegaBoard is now called orderbase PlanningBoard.

The orderbase PlanningBoard is a fully integrated control center and planning board solution. This means: Using the orderbase PlanningBoard, complex relationships can be represented graphically in a simple and transparent manner (with colored blocks and a calendar/time view so that no one loses track of things). The company calendar is integrated and free capacities, materials and machines can be viewed and assigned/moved directly. This means that service appointments can be adhered to more reliably. Plausible planning is therefore very easy, and you also benefit from optimized inventory levels, automatic sequence optimization and the multi-user function. The operation is easy to understand and intuitive, which means you can effectively increase your production and minimize your costs after a short time.

The orderbase terminal takes over the communication between the individual areas, the reporting functions and extensive queries. It can be used both for personnel time recording (coming in, taking a break, leaving) and for operating data recording (registering an order, reporting quantities, etc.). Employee breaks are also automatically offset against the company data collection. 

What is integrated in the terminal? 

The booking function, i.e. reporting dialogs for personnel time recording (PZE) and production data recording (BDE), as well as time and quantity reports. In addition, there is complete operability via the touchscreen: support for RFID technology for transmitter-receiver systems and central management of the terminals.

Formerly called Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Navision, it has been gradually being merged with Microsoft's other ERP solutions since 2002. From 2018 it continued under the name Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central On-Premises. Nowadays you can rent it as SaaS software called Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. orderbase TimeManagement is an extension for personnel time and operational data recording. You can set fixed and flexible working models, have shift and bonus management and can request flexible and static evaluations on an ad hoc basis. All recorded data can be used for payroll accounting or passed on to the production module. The AddOn TimeManagement is fully integrated into Microsoft Dynamics. 

A few details about personnel time recording: It is a simple and intuitive recording of working times using a terminal; for each employee there is an associated working time calendar with a working model stored, which is included in the calculation of the times. The target working hours and the actual working hours plus the balance can be seen at a glance. PZE is also possible for more complex areas of application, just contact our team! 

And also a few details about operational data collection: This finally makes it possible to capture data without paperwork, which includes a comprehensive analysis of all operational data. The orderbase TreeControl AddOn is a tree schema for production orders. This allows you to track your parts lists and production steps in a simplified and clear way. The dependencies of the individual component groups and the required operations of the production order are also visible. You receive all relevant master data at a glance..

The orderbase VariPlus is a variant configurator for parts lists.
